Business Morality
Business Ethics and Morality Somehow, within our families and teaching institutions, from private and public schools to universities, within corporate training, within promoting the actual long term gains provided by promoted honest values and interests of corporate ethics and morality, we need to encourage getting back to ethics commensurate of people like William Durant and Walter Chrysler running our nation's corporations again, industry that builds America as well as build personal empires, and to discourage the shallowest, shortsighted corporate direction that regards their employees solely within spreadsheet numbers and philosophies that encourage offshore outsourcing instead of trying to dig in with everything they have to preserve and promote American Manufacturing and the citizens within. (preliminary only)
Modelez....Nabisco....Once our National Biscuit Company...Now a Disgrace to American Manufacturing... Graham Crackers made in Mexico... If America...as a nation...within it's corporations....if we can't make Graham Crackers in the USA...we should close our doors...shouldn't we?
But we can...it's just that some mostly college educated fools who operate American Businesses right now ... they don't understand anything about decency nor morality... nor about loyalty...nor about employing local employees and helping the communities where their original businesses beckoned from...nor the farms nor the farmers... nor of sustaining communities where employees purchase goods and services in America...and letting the places that formerly purchased their products...perish...
That's shortsightedness at it's finest....from the new owners of Nabisco...or Hersheys...or Johnson & Johnson...prove me wrong...but I haven't seen a Johnson & Johnson band aid or consumer first aid product Made in the USA for years...That's a sin....but there are other companies...like 3M's nexcare....making there products in USA. If you understand how terrible it is when you lose your job....or when your neighbor loses their's...Buy American and Buy Local whenever you can. Boycott the sell out companies....
Boycott the companies that would rather support Mexico or China instead of America...& help support the companies that are holding on trying to keep their businesses in the USA.
Some companies...like Mondelez...have thrown loyalty down the trash...Mondelez actually has a group of employees that formed screamdelez...http://screamdelez.org/ battling disgraceful labor practices within Mondelez's worldwide operations...
Mondelez jumped on the LGBTQ bandwagon trying to garner marketshare...while throwing away it's USA based manufacturing operations...and the employees within...That's Mondelez's business strategy...Sucker the "progressives" into buying your LGBTQ friendly cookies...while you wholesale layoff your USA staff and move your manufacturing overseas...and treat your loyal employees like crap....
Who was it who said "there's a sucker born every day"?
I don't allow Mondelez or Nabisco products in my home. There are better quality, reasonably affordable alternatives...made in USA.
